When women come together and express their truths out of their bodies, hearts and minds it releases the pressure and gives way to joy and a new way of existing. There’s a new era starting in the world of feminine freedom, and as you do these practices to step outside the old paradigms, you claim your power and sovereignty and it feels amazing! This session is so joyful and radical and leaves you shining and vibrating, feeling grounded in your body and power.

You’ll be guided through a series of releasing and enlivening exercises, where you get to feel the full range of your self and emotions using your breath and true voice to open, and crazy or sultry movement to get inside your body. And then a Goddess process down on the ground to literally give birth using your orgasmic energies to whatever Goddess version of yourself is ready and waiting to come forth. Then you’ll dance her into your body in a celebration as part of the closing process at the end of the session.
