You will be taken you through a process where each woman will choose from a range of Archetypes and Goddesses that she feels most activated by and then you get to revel in playing in these energies and getting lit up. You’ll first do exercises to switch the energies on, then you will be guided through the activation processes and movement exercises.

You’ll choose the energies that spark something in you to activate and you’ll get to do processes for multiple different energies to explore what really expands and lights you up. You will also go through releasing processes to shed out your old energies that these activations leave obsolete.

These group experiences are usually at the location you are staying, or alternative arrangements can be made.
