Sessions and meetings are scheduled in advance and intended to be attended live and on time. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated where possible and at Georgina’s discretion.

Requests made within 72 hours, if accommodated, will incur an additional charge.

For ongoing programs, if you are unable to attend a scheduled meeting, questions or updates may be submitted in advance where appropriate.

Sessions, packages, and programs are expected to commence within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in advance.

All programs and services require full commitment and participation. Due to the nature of this work, all payments are non-refundable. This is deep transformational work, and we strive to operate with excellence, integrity, and mutual respect throughout the process.

If we need to discontinue your sessions, package or program from our side for any reason, unused portion will be returned. If these are ended due to a violation of the Code of Conduct, no refund will be given.

Clients are expected to engage respectfully and appropriately throughout all sessions, meetings, programs, and communications. Harassment, abusive behaviour, repeated boundary violations, dishonesty, manipulation, threatening behaviour, or conduct that disrupts the integrity of the work or working relationship may result in immediate termination without refund.

Our services are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental or physical health condition. Clients remain fully responsible for their own physical, mental, emotional, and medical wellbeing, decisions, treatment, medications, and support systems throughout the process.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that all sessions, meetings, programs, and materials are educational and transformational in nature and that results will vary between individuals. Georgina Morley and Georgina Shakti are not liable for any decisions, actions, outcomes, losses, emotional distress, or consequences arising from participation in our services, programs, materials, or teachings.

All content, materials, teachings, methodologies, exercises, frameworks, written transmissions, recordings, processes, structures, systems, and intellectual property shared through sessions, meetings, programs, courses, emails, documents, or platforms are copyrighted and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Georgina Morley, operating as Georgina Shakti.
