There are no refunds, but you can cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance, free of charge.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session and it negatively affects our schedule, you will be required to pay a 50% rescheduling fee.

Most of the time we should be able to accommodate your changes without a charge at our discretion, but if your late request does affect us then we ask you pay the rescheduling fee promptly.

We strive for excellence and integrity at all times. As such we require your complete commitment to your process too. All payments are non-refundable. This is deep big work, believe in yourself, trust yourself.

And know if something happens, you can change your start date by 3 months as per the Timing & Extension Policy. This is for packages, programs and retreats. And for individual sessions you have 3 months from purchase to use your sessions. If you require more time you can write to us and we will consider this on a case by case basis.

You have 3 months to extend after you make a payment for any of our services. So after your full payment or initial deposit (if not paying in full at time of purchase) you have 3 months that you can postpone your session or the start date of your package, program or retreat.

Packages & programs listed on the website are usually one session per week. Sometimes life happens, so we allow double the time. Eg. if it’s a 3 session package, you have 6 weeks to use it from the first session.

Your personal information is sacred and will never be sold to third parties. If we ever encounter negativity that affects our community or business, we reserve the right to disclose necessary information to protect our business and ensure a safe and joyful environment for all.
