There are no refunds, but you can cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance, free of charge.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session and it negatively affects our schedule, you will be required to pay a 50% rescheduling fee.

Packages & programs listed on the website are usually one session per week. Sometimes more time is needed. For packages we allow for double the time. Eg. if it’s a 3 session package, it needs to be completed within 6 weeks. For programs we give an extra 3 weeks beyond the 10 week commitment, for each of the Rebirth programs.

When Georgina’s timing permits we sometimes can allow extensions for start dates of services.

All of our programs and services require full commitment and participation. Because of the nature of transformational work, all payments are non-refundable. We strive for excellence and integrity at all times. This is deep big work, believe in yourself, trust yourself.

If we need to discontinue your sessions from our side for any reason, unused portion will be returned. If sessions are ended due to a violation of the Code of Conduct, no refund will be given.

To create a safe and respectful environment, we ask that all clients: Treat all interactions with honesty and respect, communicate openly and with kindness, honor boundaries and uphold confidentiality. Any form of disrespect, manipulation, or inappropriate behaviors will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Your personal information is sacred and will never be sold to third parties. If we ever encounter negativity that affects our community or business, we reserve the right to disclose necessary information to protect our business and ensure a safe and joyful environment for all.
